Dominique Dieulot
Dominique Dieulot, a free and independent photographer, has used her sensitivity to portray the golden age of the fashion shows of great designers: Popy Moreni, Maurizio Galante, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Issey Miyake, Yamamoto, and more.
A pioneer in highlighting material and texture, the poetry of her draping is always triggered at the right moment.
Thus, Dominique immerses us in a tale where the dreamlike quality of her visual work constantly brings to mind paintings, particularly through her use of Polaroid.
Her photographs have been purchased by numerous magazines: Vogue, The New York Times, Marie Claire Japon, and others, as well as by the brands themselves for advertising campaigns.
Dominique enjoys capturing the highly charged atmosphere of fashion shows, which she considers "magical." Indeed, the theatricality of these spectacles, where all the elements suddenly fall into place for a brief moment, gives her creative wings.
